Dental website development is about what happens after the design is approved

Dental website development is the build itself: turning an approved design into fast, working pages with a booking form that actually reaches your practice management system. We hand-build every page rather than assembling one from a page builder or a stack of plugins, because a plugin-based dental site is the single most common reason these sites end up slow, insecure and expensive to keep updated.

Detail 01

Hand-built pages, not a page-builder stack

Every page is custom coded rather than assembled from a drag-and-drop builder or a library of third-party plugins. That matters because plugin-based sites accumulate weight and conflicts over time: a booking plugin, a gallery plugin and a form plugin each add their own JavaScript and their own security surface. A hand-built site ships only the code each page actually needs, which is also why it can be fast without constant maintenance.

Detail 02

A 90+ PageSpeed guarantee, not a launch-day score

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90 or above on mobile and desktop for the pages we build, and we re-test after every change, not just at launch. Most dental sites score well the week they go live and then quietly slow down as photos, plugins and tracking scripts pile up over the following year. Ours does not, because there is no plugin layer to accumulate weight in the first place.

Detail 03

The booking form is development work, not a widget

Connecting a booking request to a practice management system or a CRM by API, Zapier or Make is development, not a drop-in embed. We build the field mapping so the reason for visit, insurance carrier and preferred times arrive in the format your front desk actually uses, and we test it with a real submission before launch so the first request that matters is not the first one that gets tested.

Detail 04

Hosting and security are part of the build, not an add-on

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection included, at no separate charge. Because there is no database or admin login for the public site, there is nothing for an attacker to log into and nothing that needs a security patch on a Tuesday night. That is a development decision, not a marketing line.

The build

Howitworks

Four steps, and the only one you pay for before launch is the first month.

  1. Pay the first monthly invoice

That is the whole commitment. No deposit, no build fee up front, no contract beyond the month.

  2. Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes; anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket. Then about an hour on a call to fill any gaps: treatments, insurance carriers, team, locations and how your front desk wants requests to arrive.

  3. We build, you approve

Pages arrive on a preview link as they are ready. You comment, we change, and the booking request is connected to your PMS or CRM and tested with a real submission.

  4. Live, then the build fee

The site goes live on your domain. Only when you confirm you are happy do we invoice the $797 one-time build fee. Weekly updates start the same week, requested from your client portal.

Speed and ads

Afastersitemakeseveryaddollarwork harder

If the practice runs Google Ads or social ads, the landing page is half the result. A slow or confusing page wastes the click you paid for. A fast, specific page helps keep it, and can help lower what you pay for the next one.

We do not promise a specific cost-per-click, percentage or ranking. We build the page the ad lands on to be fast, relevant and easy to act on.

  • Built to open fast on a phone

Static pages, compressed photos and almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare. Every page targets 90+ on Google PageSpeed and is re-tested after each change.

  • Easy to use with one thumb

Large tap targets, the booking request always one tap away, and the answer to the heading in its first sentence.

  • Better landing pages can lower what a click costs

Google lists landing-page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and says higher-quality ads can often lead to a lower cost per click. A fast, relevant treatment page helps on both counts.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page loads before the visitor gives up, fewer people bounce back to the search results, so more of the clicks you already paid for reach the booking request.

Client words

Whatpracticessayabout this work

  • Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. The form gathers visit reason, preferred day and callback details at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

  • Before this, sending our new patient appointments form felt like posting a letter into the dark. Now the sender gets a summary, the next step in plain language, and a way to correct mistakes. Duplicate submissions have dropped away almost completely.

  • The question 'who is answering this one?' used to hang over every new patient appointments inquiry. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Duplicate replies and orphaned messages have both quietly ended.

Questions about dental website development

Do you build on WordPress or a page builder?

No. Pages are hand-coded rather than assembled on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a similar page builder. That removes the plugin layer that usually causes a dental site to slow down and become harder to secure over time.

What does "hand-coded" actually mean for our site day to day?

It means faster pages, fewer moving parts that can break, and no plugin updates for you to manage. Content and design changes are still made by our team on request; hand-coded describes how the site is built, not that you need to write code yourself.

Can you connect the booking form to our practice management software?

Yes, where the software accepts external requests by API or through Zapier or Make, and to your CRM in every case. If your PMS is closed to outside integrations, the request lands in your CRM instead with a notification to the front desk.

What happens to page speed as the site grows?

We re-test Core Web Vitals after every revision, not only at launch, and the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee is written into the terms. If a page falls below that because of something we added, we fix it at no charge.

Is the source code ours if we ever leave?

Your domain, your content and your articles are yours, and we provide a full export within 14 days of cancellation. The design and code we build stay ours to reuse across clients, which is standard for a managed website service and is set out in the terms.

What technology is the site built on?

Hand-built static pages served from Cloudflare's global network, with almost no JavaScript and no database or admin login to attack. That is what makes a page open before a patient gives up on it, and it is why the speed target sits in the terms rather than in a sales pitch.

Can you integrate our practice management system or an existing widget?

We connect the booking request by API, Zapier or Make to practice management systems that accept external requests, and to your CRM in every case. If you have a third-party widget you want to keep, bring it to the demo call and we will say plainly whether it fits without slowing the site down.

Who maintains the code after launch?

We do. There are no plugins to update, no PHP version warnings and no security patches for your team to apply. Changes are requested from your client portal and made within the stated turnaround, and every change is speed-checked before it ships.
