    What exactly is waived, and what do I still pay?

    The $797 one-time build fee is waived. You still pay the monthly plan fee, which is unchanged at $137, $297 or $747 a month depending on the plan you choose. The first month of the plan, paid by card when you order, is the only thing charged to start.

    When does the waived build fee end?

    The waiver applies to plans started on or before December 31, 2026. After that the build fee goes back to $797, invoiced after launch as usual. We do not run a timer that resets, and we will not tell you the offer is ending twice.

    Do I have to choose a plan before I pay anything?

    Yes. You pick the plan on this page and the first month of that plan is charged when you order. If you are not sure yet, book the demo first and decide once you have seen the site and whether you want the AI Engine or the Content Engine. You can also start on the lowest plan and move up later; the build fee is waived on all three either way.

    How long until the site is live?

    7 days on Single Operatory, 10 on Full Practice and 15 on Multi-Location, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the day you pay. The clock only starts when we have what we need from you.

    What happens if I want changes after launch?

    5 revisions a month are included, with no limit on the size of a change. A one-word fix and a whole new treatment page both count as one. They are done within 2 to 5 working days, and further revisions are $20 each so you always know the cost before you ask.

    Is there a contract?

    No contract beyond the month you are in. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and there is nothing further to pay.

    Are payments refundable?

    Every payment is final once taken. The only refund is for a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing, reported within 30 days. The full terms are in the refund policy linked from this page and the footer.

    Who owns the website and the domain?

    The domain is registered in your practice name. The site is built and hosted by us as part of the managed service, and while your plan is active it is yours to use, change and be found on.

    We already have a website. Do we lose our rankings?

    No. We map every existing URL to its new page and redirect it, keep the pages that already rank, and rebuild the rest. Search engines follow the redirects and the practice keeps its history.

    Can a practice with several locations use this?

    Yes. Multi-Location covers a group, with a location hub, a page per office and every Google Business Profile managed. One build fee covers the whole group, and on this page that fee is waived.
