Who runs the sites

About GetDentalWebsite

GetDentalWebsite is a website design and management company for dental practices. We build the site, connect the booking request to your practice software, write the articles, host it and keep changing it every week, for one monthly fee, with the build fee invoiced only after launch.

Why we exist

Mostpracticewebsitesarebuiltonceandthenleft alone

That is the problem this company was built around.

Tuna, the GetDentalWebsite shark mascot, pinning colored website page cards to a board in a bright design studio
Tuna, our studio mascot, laying out a practice site.

A dental practice website is usually bought the way a sign is bought: once, for a launch, with a big invoice at the start. Then the practice changes and the website does not. Hours shift, an associate joins, a scanner arrives, the new-patient offer expires, and the site quietly keeps showing last year's practice to this year's patients.

Meanwhile the way patients choose a dentist has moved to a phone. They search a treatment and a town, they want to know whether you take their plan, and they want to ask for a time at nine in the evening. A site that hesitates, or that hides all twelve treatments on one page, loses that patient to the practice with a clearer page.

So we sell the website as a service instead of a project. One monthly fee, the build fee invoiced only after launch, a page for every treatment and location, the booking request wired into the system your team already uses, and somebody whose job it is to keep changing the site every week. Nobody at the practice ever logs in to anything.

The routine

Howwework

The same four things, for every practice, every month.

Infographic with Tuna, the GetDentalWebsite mascot: Our routine for every practice. One onboarding call. Live in 7 to 15 days. 5 revisions a month. 90+ PageSpeed in the terms.
  • One onboarding call

About an hour, with the owner or the office manager. We leave with your treatments, carriers, team, locations and how requests should reach the front desk.

  • A build measured in days

7 days for a single practice, 15 for a multi-location group, counted from that call. Pages arrive on a preview link as they are ready.

  • Weekly updates after launch

5 revisions a month, done within 2 to 5 working days, requested from your client portal. Nobody at the practice logs in to anything.

  • Guarantees in the terms

90+ PageSpeed on every page and local rankings within 3 to 5 months of launch, both written into the terms rather than a sales page.

What we believe

Sixthingswewillnot trade away

These decide what we write, what we refuse to write, and how the offer is priced.

  • Plain words, no hype

We write the way a good office manager talks. No "transform your practice", no urgency theatre, and no statistic without a source. If we cannot back a number, it does not appear.

  • The website is a service, not a project

A practice changes every month. A site that is handed over and never touched again starts losing patients the week it launches, so upkeep is part of the price rather than an invoice.

  • We stay in our lane

We are not a dental practice, dentist or healthcare provider. We never give dental or medical advice, never write a treatment plan and never publish clinical claims. Everything about care stays with the practice.

  • Nothing is held hostage

Your domain is registered in your name, your content is yours, and you get an export within 14 days if you leave. Month to month, always.

  • Speed is a feature, not a tune-up

Static pages, compressed images and almost no JavaScript from day one, because the patient with a toothache is on a phone in a parking lot.

  • One price, no surprise line items

Hosting, SSL, backups, domain, revisions and articles are inside the fee. Extra revisions are a flat $20, and AI usage on the engine plans is billed at cost with no markup.

Being a client

Whatyoucanexpect from us

The practical answers to what working with us actually feels like, month to month.

  1. 01

A reply within one working day

Email us and a person answers, not an autoresponder loop.

  2. 02

A client portal from launch day

Revisions, support tickets, files and messages in one place, so nothing depends on remembering an email address.

  3. 03

Preview links before anything is published

If you name an approver, nothing goes live until they say yes.

  4. 04

A stated turnaround on every change

2 to 5 working days, and usually the same day for small things such as holiday hours.

  5. 05

    No contract beyond the month

Cancel with 2 business days notice before your next invoice, in business hours.

  6. 06

The build fee only after launch

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced once your site is live and you have confirmed you are happy with it.

Client words

Whatpracticestell us

  • The audit found our new patient appointments details repeated across several pages, each worded slightly differently. The facts have one home, and every change request names the reference page and its reviewer. Customers no longer quote wording we retired two years ago.
Christian GladstoneClinical administrator, Full-service family dental surgeryTulsa, OklahomaContent audit and update process for new patient appointments
  • Our new patient appointments information finally sits beside the contact details that belong with it. Each service description carries its own local contact, and the form inherits it. The 'let me transfer you' routine has almost disappeared.

  • I wanted the new patient appointments page to show how we work, not just assert that we work well. They helped us select reference material that actually means something and explain it properly. It reads like the honest version of the calls we have every day.

Where we work

Dentalpracticesacross the United States

We work remotely with practices anywhere in United States, including Texas, Florida, California, New York, Illinois, Georgia, Arizona and North Carolina. The onboarding call, the preview links, the portal and the weekly changes all happen online, so distance makes no difference to the build or the turnaround. Prices are in USD, dates and hours on the sites we build follow US conventions, and every practice site names its own city, neighborhoods and time zone because that is what patients search for.

We do not publish city landing pages on this site. Your practice gets its own location pages instead, written for the places you actually draw patients from.

Editorial

Whowriteshere

Two editorial personas write the articles on this site. They are fictional, hold no credentials, are not clinicians, and never give dental or medical advice.

  • Noor Haddad

Dental Practice Marketing Lead, Houston, TX

Noor writes about how a dental practice website turns a search into a booked new patient: treatment pages, insurance and financing pages, review presentation and the booking request form. She spends most of her time reading front-desk call logs and web forms to see where patients drop out. Her articles are for owners and office managers, never for patients, and never contain clinical advice.

  • Callum Pryce

Practice Website Operations Lead, Minneapolis, MN

Callum runs the side of a dental practice website that nobody sees: page speed, hosting, weekly updates, form routing into practice management systems and CRMs, and the reminders and review requests that fire after a visit. He writes plainly about what breaks, what it costs a practice, and what a managed site should quietly handle. He is not a dentist and does not write about treatment.

Boundaries

Whatweare not

We are not a dental practice, dentist or healthcare provider. We build and run the website. Everything a patient relies on the practice for, the examination, the diagnosis, the treatment plan and the care, stays with the practice. Content on the sites we build is general information reviewed by the practice, never a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and the booking form collects a request that the practice confirms. The disclaimer says the same thing at greater length.

We also keep patient health information off the websites we build. Booking requests ask for contact details, the reason for the visit in the patient's own words, an insurance carrier and preferred times, and nothing more; anything sensitive belongs in the secure intake tool your practice already uses. We do not claim HIPAA certification, and we are not your legal adviser. Every site ships with a privacy policy, terms, a cookie policy with consent that gates scripts and an accessibility statement, written to help you meet the expectations a US practice website faces.

QuestionsaboutGetDentalWebsite

Who is behind GetDentalWebsite?

GetDentalWebsite is a website design and management company that builds and runs websites for dental practices. The people who build the sites, write the pages and make your weekly changes are the same team you meet on the demo call, and the editorial personas who byline our articles are listed on this page as fictional personas rather than presented as staff.

Are you a dental practice or a dental marketing agency?

Neither. We build and manage websites. We are not a dental practice, dentist or healthcare provider, we do not run your advertising campaigns, and we do not give dental or medical advice. The site we build is designed to be a fast, relevant landing page for whatever marketing you do run.

Do you work with practices outside your own area?

Yes. Everything happens by email, your client portal and one onboarding call, so we work with practices anywhere in United States, including Texas, Florida, California, New York and Illinois. Your site names your own city and neighborhoods.

Who writes the articles on our site?

Our writers research and write them, and the bylines on this site belong to editorial personas who are not clinicians and hold no credentials. Every article is general information for patients, cites its sources, and can be reviewed by your dentist before it is published.

How many practices do you work with?

We do not publish client counts or case numbers, because we will not put a figure on a page that we cannot evidence. What we will do on the demo is walk through the exact site you would get and the terms that come with it.

What happens if we are not happy with the build?

Pages arrive on a preview link as they are built and you comment before anything goes live. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after launch and your approval, and if you cancel before the build starts it is never charged.

Can we speak to a person rather than a chatbot?

Yes. Use the contact form at https://getdentalwebsite.com/contact or book a demo and a person replies within one working day. The AI tools we sell answer patients on your site; they are not how we talk to you.

Do you work with dental groups and DSOs?

Yes. The Multi-Location plan is built for groups: a location hub, a page per office with its own hours and booking routing, and managed Google Business Profiles for each location. Additional offices are scoped on the demo call.

More answers on the full FAQ page, or email us and a person replies within one working day.
