Book a live demo

A 30-minute live walk-through of the GetDentalWebsite site your dental practice would get, on your screen, with the booking request wired to your practice software.

  • We show a site built for your practice type

Home, a treatment page, the insurance page, a location page and the booking request, in a browser, not on slides.

  • We wire the booking request to your software

You tell us where requests should land (PMS, CRM or both) and what the front desk needs on each one. We show what that looks like.

  • You leave with the plan, the launch date and the list

Which plan fits, the launch date counted from onboarding, and the short list of what we need from you. The $797 build fee is only invoiced after launch.

No dental or medical advice is given on the call, and we never ask for patient information. We are a website company.

Before you book

Whatpracticesdescribeafter launch

  • Our new patient appointments information finally sits beside the contact details that belong with it. Each service description carries its own local contact, and the form inherits it. The 'let me transfer you' routine has almost disappeared.

  • The evening inquiry route for new patient appointments suits how we actually work. People leave the relevant details and see plainly when to expect a reply. Mornings start with a proper queue rather than voicemail archaeology.

  • Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. The form gathers visit reason, preferred day and callback details at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

After the call

Whathappensafter the demo

  1. 01

A written summary the same day

What we would build, which plan fits, the launch date counted from onboarding, and the short list of what we need from you.

  2. 02

No obligation and no follow-up sequence

If it is not right, tell us and that is the end of it. We would rather lose a sale than sign a practice that needed something else.

  3. 03

If you go ahead, the first month starts it

You pay the first monthly invoice, fill in the onboarding form and take one call. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved.

Answers

Questionsaboutthe demo

How long does the demo take?

About 30 minutes, on a screen share. We show a site built for your practice type, wire the booking request to where you want it, and answer whatever you bring. There is no slide deck.

Who should be on the call?

The owner or the office manager, and anyone who would handle booking requests. It helps if someone knows which practice management system or CRM you use.

Do we have to buy anything on the call?

No. You leave with a plan recommendation, a launch date and a list of what we would need. Nothing is charged, and the build fee is invoiced only after a site is live and approved.

Can you look at our current website first?

Yes, send the address when you book. We check speed on a phone, which treatments have their own page, what the insurance page answers and where requests end up, and we walk through that with you.

What if we are not sure which plan we need?

That is the normal case. We talk through how many locations you have, whether after-hours calls are a problem and how much content you want, and recommend the plan that fits. You can move plans later without a second build fee.

Is any patient information discussed on the call?

No. We are a website company, not a healthcare provider. We never ask for patient information and we give no dental or medical advice.
