The $797 build fee pays for designing, building and launching your practice website. It is one payment by card, with a receipt by email and nothing that renews. Only pay it if we have told you it is due.

The monthly fee runs the website once it exists. The build fee covers the one-off work of making it exist in the first place, which is the same size of job on every plan.
The booking request, connected
The request form wired into your practice management system or CRM and tested with a real submission before launch.
The move from your old site
Every existing URL mapped and redirected, so the pages that already rank keep their history on the new site.

The amount is the same on every plan. The plan only records which website the payment belongs to.
Pay by card on Stripe
A secure Stripe checkout opens. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Receipt by email, straight away
Stripe emails the receipt as soon as the payment clears, and we send a short confirmation of our own.
Nothing recurring
This is one payment. Your monthly plan is billed separately and this payment does not change it.

Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $797 payment. Nothing is saved to charge again, and your monthly plan is billed separately, exactly as it was before.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived, so if yours is one of them there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email hello@getdentalwebsite.com and a person checks for you.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same work on every plan: the pages, the booking request, the migration and the speed testing. The plans differ in what runs on top of the site each month, so the monthly fee changes and the $797 build fee does not.
Is paying by card here safe?
Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, which handles the card details under its own security standards. We never see or store your card number.
Can the build fee be refunded?
Every payment is final once taken. The only refund is for a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing, reported within 30 days. The full terms are in the refund policy.
